Capitalized Interest

We can provide funds on this basis for up to 12 months.  No payments are required during the term of the loan, you can pay it all back at the end of the loan (or earlier with no penalty).  This is ideal if you are selling your house and do not have the ability to make repayments until your house is sold. 

This is also ideal if you need short term finance for your business or development and your cashflow does not allow for payments until receipt of a lump sum due to you.
