Interest Rates

We have a range of interest rates depending on the type of loan, security provided, loan term and overall complexity. Our current interest rate range for most of our lending is from 12% - 15%. |
Establishment Fee
|
If your loan is for personal purposes our establishment fee is currently $875 plus disbursements for credit checks and security registration etc. If your loan is for business purposes our establishment fee is usually 2% of the loan amount. |
Early Repayment
|
We know how frustrating it is being charged a penalty or fee for repaying a loan early so unlike many other lenders we will not charge you any penalty or fee for repaying your loan early. This also applies if you make a lump sum partial repayment. |
Legal Costs

In most instances we can instruct your lawyer direct thus keeping your legal costs to a minimum. |
Valuation, Security Inspection Cost
|
Some lenders charge a fee for inspection of the security property on top of the cost to the borrower of obtaining a registered valuation report. We do not charge an inspection fee and where the loan to value ratio is low, we may not even require a report from a registered valuer - a further cost saving to you. |
