We provide quick, no fuss, short term property finance.  We lend amounts from $50,000 - $1m.  Our short term finance is available for both business and personal purposes.  Our application form is simple and in most cases we are able to give you an indication of what we can do almost immediately.  We have a range of competitive and fair interest rates and we do not charge any penalty if you decide to settle your loan early.

We can structure your loan in the following ways:

Interest Only
Capitalized Interest
Progress Payments

We can lend for almost any purpose and we have assisted many personal and business customers with short term bridging finance when their own banks would not assist.

We are a small company that can look outside the square to get loans done so you can progress your business/development.  We are able to lend you up to 65% of your property's value.

Also, if you do not have real estate security yourself we can accept security being provided by a guarantor.
